In this role, you’ll be responsible for visiting client locations to inspect laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment, ensuring accurate quality and configuration checks before procurement or resale. You’ll serve as the key on-ground support for our operations team - so we’re looking for someone who is punctual, professional, and confident in quality check assessments. This is a field-based role that requires travel within the city. Key Responsibilities: On-site inspection and verification of laptops, desktops, and other devices Identify device specifications, conditions, and report accurate technical assessments Coordinate with the procurement and logistics team for smooth pickups Communicate with clients on-site in a clear and professional manner Ensure timely updates and documentation of inspections What we’re looking for: Basic technical knowledge of laptops, desktops, and IT hardware 0–2 years of field experience (freshers with the right skills can apply) Good communication skills Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with travel across Bangalore Prior experience in IT hardware servicing or e-waste inspection is a plus
