Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional – Food Packaging. The role is located in Noida. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable eco-friendly packaging solutions. Daily tasks include managing sales inquiries, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and staying updated on industry trends and advancements in sustainable packaging. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of PLA & CPLA food packaging products across B2B clients (restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, distributors). Build & manage a strong distributor/dealer network pan-India. Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships. Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, exhibitions, and product promotions. Ensure smooth order processing, payment collections, and after-sales support. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management. Travel extensively to meet distributors, dealers, and clients across India. Qualifications Skills in client acquisition, relationship management, and customer service Experience in sales inquiry management, market research, and preparing sales reports Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and coordinate effectively with various departments Knowledge of eco-friendly materials and sustainable packaging solutions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in sales-related software and tools Experience in the food packaging industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Requirements Proven experience in sales of packaging / FMCG / food service products. Strong network of distributors and dealers across India. Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Passion for sustainability & eco-friendly solutions.
