Handle help-desk communication by addressing internal and external queries, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining proper documentation of support requests. Collect and compile customer feedback to identify improvement areas, assist in preparing reports, and support the team in enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. Ecostic wall covers are a direct replacement for interior paints and wallpapers. We have done our beta testing of product and market in Ahmedabad and are looking forward to growing.
