Ecoop Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd is building India's first hydration-tech ecosystem with patented products like UV-C smart bottles, alkaline steel bottles, nano-filtration travel bottles, and now the upcoming Schoon 2.0 + Smart Home Station. We're in the scale-up stage and preparing for global expansion (US/EU). We're now looking for a marketing and growth-focused co-founder to take Ecoop from product-stage to brand-stage. Key Responsibilities Brand Building & Positioning Create and strengthen Ecoop's identity as a premium hydration-tech brand Build a strong digital + offline presence (D2C, Amazon, modern trade, etc.) Launch and scale brand campaigns with storytelling, influencers & PR Oversee packaging, visual communication, and customer touchpoints Marketing Strategy & GTM Plan and execute performance marketing (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads) Develop digital funnels with high ROAS and conversion tracking Build strategic partnerships (fitness, travel, wellness, corporate, lifestyle) Ideate and manage product launches with impact and scale Sales & Distribution Expansion Build and onboard distributors, modern trade partners and retail stockists Develop B2B, corporate gifting & channel sales strategy Increase sell-through velocity with incentives & retail activations Explore global test markets (US/EU/Gulf) with lean entry models Team & Operational Leadership Hire, mentor and lead teams across marketing, sales & brand management Set quarterly targets around revenue, visibility and channel expansion Manage budgets, cost optimization and growth KPIs Work closely with founder on pitch decks, investor meetings & partnerships Fundraising & Investor Relations Co-develop growth story and pitch narratives for seed/Series A Join fundraising calls with angels, VCs, and institutional investors Track unit economics and report performance metrics to stakeholders Requirements Background 410+ years in: D2C brand building / Consumer tech / FMCG / Lifestyle / Wellness Marketing leadership roles OR founding/senior positions in a startup Distribution network building or sales scaling Skills & Traits Strong storytelling & brand positioning mindset Hands-on expertise in growth marketing & digital scaling Network in retail, e-commerce, or distribution preferred Experience in building revenue systems, partnerships & teams Hustler mindset, problem solver, and owner attitude Bonus Advantage (Not Mandatory) Worked on D2C consumer products / hydration / wellness brands Scaling brands from ?0 to ?1Cr+ MRR Strong knowledge of GTM, Amazon, and offline expansion Comfort in fundraising or investor interactions You're a fit if: You've built or scaled a consumer brand before (even partially) You can convert demand into revenue not just run campaigns You're tired of being just a marketer and want ownership You want to build something category-defining You believe hydration-tech is the next health revolution
