Worst service, i hardly prefer ecom express when other courier partners are unable to deliver at certain pincode in emergency, they never pickup on time, when we escalate they do fake attempts, the pickup guys are very unprofessional force the staff to give the parcel in their vehical otherwise decline to take the package.
