Investment Role: Econ Climate Fund Background : We are building a pioneering private equity platform dedicated to combating climate change across Asia. Our mission is to channel capital into sectors that are foundational to a net-zero future—spanning energy transition, e-mobility, sustainable agriculture, circular economy, and environmental infrastructure. Job Title : Investment Analyst: Investment Team Job Nature : Full-time on-site in Gurgaon (3 days a week in office). This is currently a contractual role with a monthly compensation. Based on performance, it can transition into a full-time employment opportunity. Expected Duration : 6-12 months (extendable) Job Responsibilities : 1. Deal Sourcing Support: Research emerging trends and identify promising companies aligned with the fund’s climate themes 2. Investment Evaluation: Build and review financial models, evaluate business KPIs, perform valuation analysis, conduct market sizing, business model assessment, and competitive landscape mapping for potential investments 3. Collaboration: Work closely with other verticals such as fund formation, fundraise, ESG, and impact to ensure holistic evaluation and execution of investments. Requirements : 1. Interest in climate change and ESG: Interest in addressing climate change and sustainability through investment strategies. 2. Strong Analytical Skills: Comfort and experience with financial models, valuation, data-driven evaluations, and reasoning 3. Communication & Presentation: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas. 4.
