We are seeking a Capital Formation & ESG Analyst to support our fundraising efforts, investor relations, and ESG strategy. This role will be central in building and managing relationships with Limited Partners (LPs), preparing fund materials, driving ESG integration across the fund, and supporting our overall capital-raising strategy. This is a full-time on-site role in Gurgaon (3 days a week in office), offered initially as a contractual position with monthly compensation. Based on performance, it can transition into full-time employment. Expected Duration: 6–12 months (extendable) Job Responsibilities Fundraising & Investor Relations ● Conduct in-depth research on global LPs, support investor segmentation, and contribute to a strategic outreach pipeline. ● Prepare sophisticated fundraising materials, including investor presentations, teasers, DDQs, and curated data room documentation. ● Maintain a disciplined CRM process, track all investor interactions, and coordinate meetings and follow-ups with a high degree of professionalism. ● Develop polished, well-structured communication and information packages tailored for prospective LPs.
