About the job: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales and product listings. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate, complete, and appealing product listings that enhance customer experience and drive sales. Key responsibilities: 1. Upload, update, and manage product listings with accurate specifications, images, and pricing. 2. Ensure all listings meet quality standards for content and SEO. 3. Communicate with vendors for stock updates, pricing, and new product onboarding. 4. Help onboard new vendors and ensure adherence to listing guidelines. 5. Monitor daily orders and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely dispatch and delivery. 6. Resolve order-related issues and ensure smooth post-sales operations. 7. Work with the marketing team to improve product visibility via keywords, descriptions, and meta content. 8. Support in resolving B2B buyer queries related to products, pricing, and procurement.
