1. Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Marketplace Order Processing Executive to manage daily order processing, inventory management and fulfilment operations across multiple e-commerce marketplaces, including Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, AJIO, Meesho and other platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end order processing through UniCommerce (Uniware), monitoring inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock synchronisation across marketplaces, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and ensuring timely order dispatch within defined marketplace SLAs.

Candidates with prior UniCommerce experience will be preferred. Freshers with basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Order Management & Processing

Monitor and process daily orders received from multiple marketplaces through UniCommerce.

Ensure timely order allocation, acceptance, invoicing, picking, packing and dispatch.

Track pending, unprocessed and breached orders to avoid marketplace SLA violations.

Monitor order cancellations, failed orders and order status updates.

Ensure 100% order processing accuracy and timely fulfilment.

Prioritise orders based on marketplace dispatch deadlines.

B. UniCommerce (Uniware) – Order & Inventory Management

Handle daily order processing through the UniCommerce (Uniware) platform.

Monitor incoming orders from integrated marketplaces.

Manage order allocation, processing, invoicing and dispatch through Uniware.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock synchronisation across marketplaces.

Identify and resolve order sync failures, inventory mismatches and integration-related issues.

Monitor pending orders, unprocessed orders and dispatch statuses through the Uniware dashboard.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock updates.

Coordinate inventory reconciliation and prevent overselling or stock mismatches.

C. Marketplace Operations

Manage day-to-day order operations across Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, AJIO, Meesho and other marketplaces.

Regularly monitor marketplace seller panels for new orders, pending dispatches and operational alerts.

Follow marketplace-specific order processing guidelines and fulfilment procedures.

Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve order-related issues.

Ensure compliance with marketplace operational requirements and SLAs.

D. Warehouse & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with warehouse teams for order picking, packing and dispatch.

Ensure product availability before order processing.

Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipment handovers.

Monitor shipment delays, failed pickups and delivery exceptions.

Ensure correct shipping labels, invoices and packaging requirements are followed.

E. Returns & RTO Management

Monitor customer returns, RTO (Return to Origin) and undelivered shipments.

Coordinate with warehouse teams for return verification and inventory updates.

Track return shipments and ensure timely system updates.

Identify and report discrepancies in returned products and inventory.

F. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

Maintain daily order processing and dispatch reports.

Track pending orders and ensure timely closure.

Monitor order fulfilment and dispatch performance.

Identify operational issues and escalate them to the reporting manager.

Maintain accurate order and shipment records.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass / PUC. Graduates are also welcome.

Freshers can apply; prior experience is not mandatory.

Knowledge of UniCommerce (Uniware) for order processing and inventory management is highly preferred.

Understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS) and marketplace integrations.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.

Familiarity with marketplace platforms such as Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, AJIO and Meesho.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to learn new systems and marketplace portals.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

6. Candidate Eligibility

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.

12th Pass / PUC / Any Graduate.

Candidates with prior experience in UniCommerce (Uniware) will be given preference.

Basic computer knowledge is essential.

Training will be provided to freshers who demonstrate a willingness to learn.

Ideal Candidate: Someone with basic computer knowledge, good attention to detail and an interest in e-commerce operations. Candidates who understand UniCommerce order processing, inventory synchronisation and marketplace fulfilment workflows will have an added advantage.
