E-commerce Marketing Manager – D2C Growth & Team Leadership

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead D2C growth, manage online sales operations, and drive digital marketing performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify, performance marketing, team leadership, and e-commerce growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and optimise the Shopify e-commerce store.

* Develop strategies to increase online sales, conversions, and customer retention.

* Plan and execute Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

* Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CAC, ROAS, AOV, and LTV.

* Coordinate content creation, creatives, UGC, and promotional campaigns.

* Lead and manage the e-commerce and marketing team.

* Analyse performance reports and implement growth strategies.

* Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in D2C e-commerce marketing.

* Hands-on experience with Shopify store management.

* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

* Good understanding of GA4 and performance marketing metrics.

* Experience in team management and content strategy.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* MBA will be an added advantage.

* Fluency in English; Malayalam is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
