Job Description

Role Overview: As a part of the team, you will be responsible for managing the daily dispatch of Ecommerce orders to customers. This includes supervising the packing staff to ensure correct packing and printing of Ecommerce labels. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing returns and entries into the system, as well as maintaining daily stock levels. Your role will also involve following up with customers regarding their orders.
