Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales and product listings. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate, complete, and appealing product listings that enhance customer experience and drive sales. · Catalog Management: · Upload, update, and manage product listings with accurate specifications, images, and pricing. · Ensure all listings meet quality standards for content and SEO. · Vendor Coordination: · Communicate With vendors for stock updates, pricing, and new product onboarding. · Help onboard new vendors and ensure adherence to listing guidelines. · Order Processing & Coordination: · Monitor daily orders and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely dispatch and delivery. · Resolve order-related issues and ensure smooth post-sales operations. · Content Optimization: · Work with the marketing team to improve product visibility via keywords, descriptions, and meta content. · Customer Support: · Support in resolving B2B buyer queries related to products, pricing, and procurement.
