Job Description Marketing Executive (Hybrid Role South India) Location: Bengaluru Industry: White Goods / Home Appliances / Electronics / Exporters / Yarn Industry Job Type: Hybrid (Field + Work-from-Office) Role & Responsibilities Promote and market Honeycomb Packaging – an eco-friendly packaging solution replacing EPS and EPE – to OEMs and industries in white goods, home appliances, electronics, exporters, yarn, and other potential sectors. Identify new business opportunities in South India and generate qualified leads across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala . Meet and engage with clients such as manufacturers of refrigerators, washing machines, induction cooktops, mixer grinders, and other home appliances . Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, plant managers, and key decision-makers. Conduct regular client visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to showcase company solutions. Coordinate with sales, production, and technical teams for quotations, samples, product trials, and customer support. Understand customer requirements, applications, operational challenges, and provide customized packaging solutions. Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing patterns in the white goods and electronics industry. Manage on-ground marketing activations, industry events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports, client visit summaries, and detailed sales forecasts. Ensure achievement of assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets. Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field . 2–6 years of experience in marketing/sales in packaging, corrugation, EPE/EPS, or industrial B2B sectors . Strong network or prior dealings with appliance manufacturers, exporters, yarn/textile industries, and electronics manufacturing units . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across South India. Proficiency in English and at least one South Indian language (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam). Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, industrial buying behavior, and technical product positioning. Ability to work independently with a proactive and target-driven approach. Candidates currently based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate will be preferred. Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period will be given preference.
