Field of Activities: The work will involve procurement for Biogas (CBG) & Fertilizer Plant · Civil: o Raw Material: Cement, Reinforcement Steel o Civil Contractor · Mechanical: o Fabrication Raw Material: Structural Steel o Fabrication Contractor: Shed Super Structures, Vessels & Tanks, Support Structures o Piping Raw Material: Pipes (MS, SS, HDPE, PVC etc) o Piping Contractor · Equipment & Instrument: Required in CBG & Fertilizer Plant · Electrical: PCC & MCC Panel, Cables & Accessories · Miscellaneous Purchase: Engineering & Statutory Services, Spares, Consumables Responsibilities: · Understanding the Technical Requirement given by Engineering Team · Vendor Communications: Sourcing till Closure · Raising Request for Quotations/Proposals · Preparing & Technically Analysing Comparative Document · Vendor Selection in consultation with Engineering Team & Management · Releasing Detailed PO with Terms & conditions, Documentary Requirement etc · Getting Pre-Manufacturing Engineering Drawings/Documents from Supplier · Getting Pre-Manufacturing Drawings/Documents approved from Engineering Team & Management · Scheduling Intermittent & Pre-Dispatch Inspections (FAT) · Follow up for Timely Dispatch & Delivery · Techno-Commercial & QC Documentation · Invoicing, Goods Receipt & Payment Clearance · Stores & Inventory Management · Cost Reduction · Regular reviews with superiors Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
