About Eclipse 360 Solar CRM Eclipse 360 is an advanced, purpose-built CRM designed for residential and commercial solar companies in Australia. We help solar retailers, EPCs, and installers streamline their sales, projects, and service operations. With a focus on automation and industry-specific features, we aim to be the #1 CRM for solar professionals. ⸻ Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Account Manager to be the direct point of contact for our Australian clients. This person will play a vital role in onboarding new clients, supporting their daily operations, resolving queries, and ensuring they get the most value out of our CRM. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Act as the main liaison between Eclipse 360 and our clients in Australia. • Onboard new customers: create and set up accounts, train users on basic CRM usage. • Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, check-ins, and troubleshooting. • Work closely with the technical team to resolve client-reported issues and follow up until resolution. • Understand clients’ needs and guide them in using CRM features efficiently. • Provide regular market feedback to the internal team for product improvements. • Document interactions and keep CRM usage logs up to date. • Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously and ensure retention. ⸻ Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (must be confident in client conversations). • 2–3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles. • Prior experience working in or with the solar or renewable energy industry is preferred. • Good understanding of CRM tools and the ability to quickly learn new software. • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. ⸻ Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in the solar industry or SaaS/CRM platforms. • Based in or familiar with the Australian market. • Experience handling B2B software accounts. ⸻ Why Join Us? • Be part of a fast-growing CRM platform focused on a booming industry. • Direct exposure to solar professionals and innovative tech development. • Work with a passionate, cross-functional team.
