Job Description: As a Software Engineer you will research, prototype, design, and develop custom software solutions to solve the business needs of our clients, possibly also leading and mentoring some junior developers. All candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Responsibilities: Research technical options, develop proof-of-concepts, and provide guidance on application strategy Work with Engagement Manager to create high level and low level design of the new solution Adapt to new technologies and stacks in order to provide client with best possible technical solution Oversee the development of the solution, contributing heavily to the code while conducting code reviews and maintaining development standards among your team What You'll Need: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following characteristics: 3 to 5 years development experience utilizing C#/.NET, Entity Framework (EF) Experience with one or more RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) Experience with front-end technologies: HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, JQuery, Angular & Node Knowledge of any automated testing framework such as JUnit or NUnit Interest in learning new technologies with ability to learn and implement quickly Who You Are: Driven learner who loves researching new technologies Well educated and experienced technologist who can function throughout the entire technical stack Business minded professional who understands how to transform business needs into technical solutions Collaborative engineer who is able to work independently or as part of a small team Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to interface directly with clients

If not, please provide explanation 3) Prepare reports based on tasks you have completed 4) Always try to improve yourself and be more productive Process: 1) Always comply with the process and share ideas on process improvement 2) Write test plan documents and send it for review 3) Update the test plan documents regularly 4) Test all the cases assigned 5) Store all the documents in a central location 6) Actively monitor support request(s), work on them and provide update Task Effectiveness: 1) Escalate issues as necessary 2) Complete all tasks within the specified timeframe Test Execution: 1) Execute tests on a timely basis 2) Report issues that are found 3) Keep track of issues and retest when necessary 4) Follow-up with concerned team/member to bring the work item to its completion Quality of Defects raised: 1) Provide clear steps to reproduce the issue, attach screenshot(s)/Video(s) or any other relevant information where required 2) Make sure that the issues recorded are done after thorough testing 3) Think out of the box to identify new bugs in the application under test Test Plan and Test Case Development: 1) Update test cases regularly 2) Add test cases whenever gap is found 3) Pass test cases after thorough verification 4) Write test cases such that all the requirements are covered, and nothing is missed 5) Write test cases in detail so that anyone new to the project can understand it easily
Role & responsibilities: Identification of test cases for automation from Jira story/codebase. Creating automated test plan and getting approval. Configure the test environment. Design the automated testing framework and enhance the existing frameworks. Create, edit, debug, and run automated test cases. Ability to contribute to existing automated testing by using C# with NUnit. Develop and configure test automation networks and execute stability and performance tests. Preferred candidate profile 2-5 years development/testing experience utilizing C#/.NET, Entity Framework (EF) Experience with one or more RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Interest in learning new technologies with ability to learn and implement quickly. Prior experience of NUnit testing for backend.
