EBS Finance Techno functional

As an IC 4EBS Finance Techno Functional, your responsibilities will include liaising with the client application lead for day-to-day activities, providing L2/L3 support for issues related to Oracle EBS, attending all internal and client meetings, co-ordinating with other teams, business users, and vendors such as Oracle, assisting in patching and monthly closure activities, documenting and maintaining SOPs and KEDB, and providing on-call support for P1 issues. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in L2/L3 Application Support for Oracle EBS applications. You should be well-versed with modules, possess experience in understanding and debugging issues in seeded as well as custom concurrent programs, peripheral integrations (e.g. bank integrations), and have knowledge of basic Oracle SOA, XML, Unix, and PL/SQL. An ITIL certification would be an added advantage. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, and the ability to work in rotational shifts (morning & evening IST) is required.,
