Room was real good, neat and comfortable. Good hospitality. There were power cuts, and the generator was out. Had to stay for about 1-2hrs without electricity. There were problems with door locking system too. But the overall experience was above average.

Value for money, great location, great ambience. Very good staffs, good food, good facilities.. just keep up the good work. House keeping and room service is 10 on 10 . Suggesting some more varieties on food menu. Though food is very good but you can incorporate some more regional authenticate dishes.

Rooms were decently big. Some areas were perfectly clean and some areas had layers of dust. There's no view from the windows. Breakfast had less variety. It wasn't heated properly. Taste was at the max OK. Approach road was pathetic. Google takes you through a very narrow lane where most Ola and Uber drivers will not agree to go.
