One of the worst customer service/experience ever. Been 10 days and they won’t even respond to my emails. Really Pathetic. They ask for 100 documents and then stop responding. Pure scam. Don’t ever do business with them if you can avoid it, just avoid it.

Never ever opt for Itzcash. Its a fraud company. Got an Itzcash prepaid card and could not use it till date. Customer service is pathetic and none of their suggestions work. They have hosted a dummy website to fool users where nothing works. Stay away from these sharks. I wish I can give zero rating.
