Dont get any insurance with these guys or humana online. I made a claim for a visit with them and they sent me a bill of over $1000.00 for a lab I did not do. I paid an AFC cash and I was asking them for a refund because I have thier plan. There is definitely something fishy going on here.

Once they get you on auto draft they take out what they want. You can't even get anyone on the phone to discuss billing issues.
