We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in packaging and box design to join our in-house design and manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating production-ready artwork files for printing, die-cutting, lamination, foiling, and final box assembly. This role requires a strong understanding of structural design, layout precision, and print specifications for rigid boxes, folding cartons, and corrugated packaging, along with expertise in photo editing, product visualization, and aesthetic presentation.
We are looking for a creative and technically strong 3D Designer to design premium décor products and develop physical prototypes using resin-based 3D printing. The role involves end-to-end ownership—from concept development and 3D modeling to printing, finishing, and preparing models for production and casting. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign décor and lifestyle products in 3D CAD software for prototyping and production Prepare print-ready 3D files (STL/OBJ) optimized for resin printing and casting Operate and manage resin 3D printers (SLA/DLP) including slicing, supports, and post-processing Print, clean, cure, and finish resin prototypes for internal reviews and approvals Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and casting teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy Modify and iterate designs based on feedback and production constraints Maintain organized design files, print logs, and version control Required Skills & Qualifications2–3 years minimum experience in 3D product design and 3D printing Strong proficiency in Fusion 360 / Blender / Rhino / ZBrush (any two preferred) Hands-on experience with resin 3D printers and castable resins Good understanding of printing parameters, supports, shrinkage, and tolerances Experience in home décor, handicrafts, jewelry, sculpture, or product design preferred Basic understanding of investment casting / mold-making workflows is a plus
