This role requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage service requests efficiently. --- Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, emails, and tickets related to leased line service issues or queries. Provide first-level technical support to leased line customers. Coordinate with the technical and field teams for issue resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions. Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service. Follow up with clients until the resolution is confirmed. Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments in a timely manner. Keep customers informed about the progress of their issues. --- Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer or technical support (preferably in ISP or telecom industry). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic knowledge of leased line connectivity, routing, modems, and troubleshooting steps. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
