Applied 3 months back and they asked for docs and never revert, respond to calls or atleast notify back with concrete answers. Very very poor experience and will make sure never make ties in future with this company. Roshan Gupta and Sahil from risk team never responded back.

They're collecting data. No response for emails/whatsapp. Their website mention zero setup/onboarding fee. But after getting first email they said onboarding fee 15000/-. Actually they're misuse current payment gateway scenerio. Anyway very worst service. Don't go with them if have any other solutions.

Amazing experience with Easebuzz. Being into E-commerce business we dealt with multiple gateway provider but faced issues, like stucking & crashing of payment during transactiosn. We have integrated Easebuzz and we are getting amazing service from the last 2 years.

Very focused and client oriented company. Rapidly griwgro and has great potential. It has one of the smoothest user experience during online payments. Recently used for paying internet bill on BBNL and it's better than their previous payment gateway. Good work.

"There are many payment gateway service providers in the market with good terms, but fails every time by commitment. Easebuzz payment gateway gave us the commitment and fullfilled it and even charges as low as other competitors. Now my 11 other sub-divisions uses the Easebuzz service"
