Job Purpose: To oversee and coordinate the day-to-day execution of project activities at the Bokaro Steel Plant site, ensuring timely completion, adherence to safety and quality standards, and effective coordination among all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site project execution in accordance with approved plans, drawings, and schedules. Monitor contractor and labor activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and work timelines. Coordinate with engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments for seamless project flow. Maintain accurate records of work progress, labor deployment, material utilization, and site conditions. Assist in site inspections and quality assurance audits, addressing non-conformities promptly. Ensure effective resource management and support timely availability of materials and tools. Provide regular progress updates to the Project Supervisor and support in preparing MIS reports. Identify potential risks or delays and recommend corrective actions in consultation with senior management. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: Graduation in B tech in Electrical Engineering / Diploma / ITI (preferred). Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on supervisory experience in industrial or infrastructure project execution. Skills: Strong understanding of project coordination, site supervision, and safety protocols Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in using MS Office, project management tools, and basic documentation Mobility: Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred, as the role may require travel across various project sites within the plant.
