About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct structured phonics sessions for children (ages 3-8) based on the curriculum provided. 2. Introduce and reinforce letter sounds, blends, digraphs, and word-building techniques. 3. Use songs, rhymes, stories, and interactive activities to make learning fun and effective. 4. Monitor and assess student progress; provide feedback to parents and coordinators. 5. Prepare creative teaching aids, worksheets, and engaging classroom activities. 6. Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities. 7. Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment. 8. Stay updated on modern phonics teaching techniques and literacy development strategies.
