Job Title: Preschool Teacher Location: FirstCry Intellitots Preschool and Daycare, Akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at FirstCry Intellitots, Akkayyapalem. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment that encourages the holistic development of young learners. Key Responsibilities: Create and implement engaging lesson plans based on the school’s curriculum Promote the development of essential 21st-century skills (communication, creativity, collaboration, confidence, critical thinking, compassion) Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere Monitor and document children’s progress and communicate with parents Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children under care Collaborate with staff and participate in school events and training programs Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field Prior experience in a preschool or daycare setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, enthusiasm, and a love for working with children Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Preschool: 2 years (Required) Language: Very Fluent English (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 15/05/2025
