Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram - Sushant Lok for a Daycare Teacher at Early Blossoms Childcare Centre. The Daycare Teacher will be responsible for planning and conducting daily activities that promote early childhood development while fostering a safe, nurturing, and interactive learning environment. Core duties include developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, engaging children in recreational and educational activities, managing daily schedules, and maintaining open communication with parents to ensure their child’s growth and well-being. They will also observe and assess the progress of children and provide individual care and attention as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree is a must. Knowledge and experience in Daycare and Childcare practices. Strong understanding of Early Childhood Development. Skills in Communication and the ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members. Experience in Curriculum Development for age-appropriate learning activities. Ability to create a positive and nurturing environment for children’s overall development. Relevant certifications or degrees in early childhood education, teaching, or a related field. First aid or CPR certification is an added advantage. Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
