Key responsibilities Commercial & vendor management Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships; oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance. Contracts & documentation Draft, review, and manage all commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor contracts, and service agreements. Collaborate with external legal counsel on complex legal matters and risk assessments. Legal & statutory compliance Ensure organizational compliance with statutory laws, internal policies, and regulatory standards. Liaise with consultants and government bodies for filings, audits, and statutory submissions. Support compliance with GDPR, ISO, labor laws, data privacy, and other applicable standards. Knowledge of USA commercial and data protection laws will be a definite advantage . Policy, governance & risk Define and implement internal governance frameworks related to commercial activities. Monitor and audit adherence to company policies, contracts, and ethical standards. Recommend process improvements to mitigate risks and strengthen compliance. Stakeholder liaising Serve as a bridge between internal stakeholders, legal advisors, vendors, and external regulatory authorities. Represent the organization in contractual discussions and compliance meetings. Qualifications and experience CA, CS. preferred. 5-7 years of experience in managing commercial and legal operations. Proven track record in handling vendor negotiations, compliance, and contracts. Prior experience in a technology consulting or IT services environment is desirable.
