Job Opening: Maintenance Technician (Electrical & Mechanical) Location: Sector 5, Noida We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Technician (Electrical & Mechanical) to join our team. Role Overview You will work closely with our production team to ensure the smooth operation of machinery. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, performing daily maintenance, and assisting with general factory upkeep. This is a stable position where you will have ample opportunities for learning and career growth. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair of machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical problems. Collaborate with the production team. Manage daily and preventive maintenance activities. Assist with basic factory upkeep and other technical tasks. Requirements Experience: 2-3 years of experience in machine, electrical, and mechanical maintenance is mandatory. Location: Must be a local resident staying in or near Noida Sector 5. Language: Basic reading and writing skills in Hindi and English are required. Math Skills: Should be good at mental math (e.g., addition, subtraction, percentages, etc.). Work Ethic: Willingness to work with full responsibility during duty hours. Overtime: Comfortable with 2 hours of mandatory overtime daily. Working Hours Regular Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mandatory Overtime: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (2 hours mandatory daily) Salary 12,000 17,000 per month (based on experience and skills) Overtime Pay: Overtime will be paid, though at a slightly lower rate than the standard hourly wage.
