Job Description Finance & Accounts Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting To: CFO Key Responsibilities: Preparation and finalization of Ind AS compliant financial statements . Coordination with Statutory Auditors for audits, limited reviews, and financial closures. Active coordination and support in the IPO process , including interaction with consultants, merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and other intermediaries. Preparation and review of financial data, reports, and documentation required for IPO and regulatory filings. Handling day-to-day finance operations , budgeting, MIS, and financial analysis. Managing taxation matters , including direct and indirect taxes, compliances, assessments, and coordination with tax consultants. Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory, accounting, and statutory requirements . Supporting management with financial insights and decision-making inputs. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Ind AS and financial reporting Understanding of IPO processes and regulatory requirements Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders Strong analytical and communication skills Attention to detail and compliance-oriented approach Qualifications: CA Qualified / Semi qualified Relevant experience in Ind as, finance, audit coordination, taxation activities preferred
