E-Pub executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy ePub Executive to join our digital publishing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end creation, conversion, quality assurance, and maintenance of ePub and other digital formats. You will collaborate with editors, designers, and developers to ensure high-quality, accessible, and device-compatible eBooks and digital content.

• Convert manuscripts into ePub2/ePub3 and other formats (Mobi, PDF, HTML, etc.) using tools such as Adobe InDesign, Sigil, Calibre, or custom scripts.
• Perform layout formatting and ensure compliance with EPUB standards.
• Validate files using ePubCheck and other quality control tools.
• Collaborate with editorial and design teams to gather assets (text, images, multimedia) and prepare digital-ready files.
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG/Section 508) and device compatibility (Kindle, Apple Books, Kobo, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fonts, styling, images, TOC, metadata, and interactive elements.
• Maintain version control and documentation for each digital title.
• Assist in content uploading and distribution to digital platforms and aggregators.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Publishing, IT, Digital Media, or related field.
• 0-3years of experience in e-publishing or digital content production.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
