AYS Advisors is a UAE-based business advisory firm providing accounting, taxation, compliance, and corporate services. We are expanding our e-invoicing project and looking for a motivated candidate to join our team in India.

Job Summary

We are looking for an E-Invoicing Executive with a commerce background and a basic understanding of accounting principles. The selected candidate will be trained on UAE e-invoicing requirements, our e-invoicing platform, and related client processes.

The role involves communicating with potential and existing clients, explaining our e-invoicing solution, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and assisting clients throughout the onboarding process.

Prior knowledge of UAE e-invoicing is not mandatory. We are looking for someone with the right educational background, communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to handle clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential business clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other professional channels.
• Explain AYS Advisors' e-invoicing solution and its benefits to prospective clients.
• Generate leads and follow up with businesses interested in e-invoicing services.
• Communicate with clients to understand their accounting software, invoicing processes, and business requirements.
• Assist clients with the initial onboarding process and coordinate with the internal team for technical or accounting-related queries.
• Maintain client information, lead databases, follow-up records, and sales reports.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for interested prospects.
• Respond to client enquiries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Learn UAE e-invoicing regulations, implementation requirements, and the features of AYS's e-invoicing platform through internal training.
• Work towards assigned lead generation, client engagement, and onboarding targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred). Candidates with an M.Com or another relevant commerce-related qualification are also welcome.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, invoices, VAT, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, finance teams, and potential clients over calls.
• Good email-writing and professional messaging skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools.
• Willingness to learn new software, digital platforms, and UAE-specific compliance requirements.
• A proactive attitude, professional behaviour, and the ability to manage multiple client follow-ups.

Preferred Experience

• Freshers with a strong commerce background and good communication skills can apply.
• Experience in customer support, telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, accounting support, or client relationship management will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally is desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience with B2B client communication, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, or SaaS products is an added advantage.

Salary and Working Schedule

• Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and suitability.
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent.
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days per week).
• Office Location: Sector 63, Noida, near the metro station.
• Work Arrangement: Five days from the office. The sixth day may be worked from home, depending on the candidate's profile and management approval.
• Work Mode: Primarily office-based; this is not a fully remote position.
• Training: Training on UAE e-invoicing requirements, the AYS platform, and client-handling processes will be provided.
