Job Title: Finance Assistant Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Department: Finance & Accounts Reports to: Finance Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our finance team with daily accounting and administrative tasks. The role involves managing financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in reporting to ensure smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts. Process vendor invoices, staff reimbursements, and payments. Assist in accounts payable and receivable management. Reconcile bank statements and prepare supporting documents. Support in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities. Manage petty cash and daily bookkeeping entries. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and auditors as required. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com). Fresher or relevant experience Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills.
