Kalakriti is a ceramic serveware brand with 30+ years of experience. We are launching our online store and are looking for someone to manage website operations, customer support, and basic marketing tasks.

Role Overview
This role involves running our Shopify website, handling product listings and orders, assisting customers, and supporting online advertising efforts.

Responsibilities

· Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates on the Shopify website.

· Handle basic changes to the site layout and design.

· Respond to customer messages and coordinate with delivery partners.

· Support running ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.

· Track website and ad performance using basic reports.

· Apply discount codes and update banners during promotions.

What We’re Looking For

· Experience using Shopify and working with websites.

· Ability to make small changes to website design (HTML/CSS basics).

· Comfortable handling customer support.

· Familiar with online ads and tracking tools.

· Organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
