E-Commerce Operations & Platform Executive

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Operations & Platform Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management, monitoring, coordination, and operational support of the company's e-commerce platform. The role acts as a key coordination point between Management, the E-Commerce Development Team, US Sales Team, ERP/POS Team, IT Team, Product/Inventory Team, Photography Team, and other relevant departments, ensuring the website operates smoothly and that all product information displayed online is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of e-commerce websites, online business operations, and product management.
• Understanding of website development processes.
• Good knowledge of product inventory, pricing, images, and descriptions.
• Ability to cross-check data between ERP and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience coordinating with developers and technical teams.
• Good website testing and quality-control skills.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize tasks.
• Basic knowledge of databases/SQL and web technologies will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, e-commerce support, website management, or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating with website developers and working with e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in product/inventory management for an e-commerce business.
• Experience working with ERP/e-commerce integrations will be preferred.
• Basic coding/SQL knowledge will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
