E-commerce Operations Manager

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to manage multiple e-commerce tasks including seller account creation, product listing, inventory management, order dispatch, and packaging. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with online marketplaces and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Seller Account Creation & Management

• Create and manage seller accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, etc.
• Handle KYC documentation, GST, bank details, and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with platform support for account approvals and issues.

2. Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create accurate product listings with images, descriptions, pricing, and keywords.
• Optimize listings for better visibility and sales (SEO for e-commerce).
• Update product details, variations, and pricing regularly.

3. Inventory Management

• Track stock levels across platforms and warehouses.
• Maintain inventory records and avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Process orders received from marketplaces.
• Coordinate with courier partners and marketplaces for dispatch.
• Generate invoices and shipping labels.

5. Packaging & Quality Check

• Ensure proper packaging as per marketplace guidelines.
• Perform quality checks before dispatch to reduce returns.
• Manage packaging materials and labeling.

6. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams.
• Handle returns, cancellations, and customer queries (basic level).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.)
• Knowledge of seller dashboards and marketplace policies
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for inventory and reporting
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience in digital marketing or ads on marketplaces
• Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and compliance
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Canva for product images

Education:

• Graduate in any field (Commerce / Management preferred)
