E-Commerce Intern

About the Role

Special You is looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Intern to support our online marketplace team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a growing brand runs its business across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio. You will assist with daily operations while building practical skills in listings, orders, inventory, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in uploading and updating product listings, images, descriptions, and prices on online marketplaces.
• Help track daily orders, shipments, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams on order status and dispatches.
• Support inventory updates to keep stock levels accurate across platforms.
• Monitor product rankings, ratings, and customer reviews, and flag issues to the team.
• Assist with setting up promotions, offers, and seasonal sale campaigns.
• Research competitor pricing, products, and market trends.
• Prepare basic daily and weekly sales and order reports in Excel.
• Support the team with customer queries and marketplace-related tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, filters).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms or online selling.
• Prior internship or project experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (not mandatory).
