Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, inventory management, order processing, marketplace account management, and improving product visibility and sales across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords.
• Manage product images, pricing, inventory, and stock updates.
• Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
• Track product performance, sales reports, and marketplace analytics.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Identify listing errors and resolve marketplace-related issues.
• Implement strategies to improve product rankings, visibility, and conversions.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product trends, and marketplace policies.
• Maintain accurate product data and regular account updates.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.
• Understanding of product listing and e-commerce operations.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
• Good Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Freshers with relevant knowledge and a willingness to learn can also apply.

• Working Hours:

  10:30 AM 7:00 PM

• Working Days:

  Monday to Friday

• Saturday:

  Alternate Saturdays working

• Sunday:

  Fixed off
