E Commerce Executive

Key Responsibility :-

• Marketplace & Catalogue Management
• Manage end-to-end product listings on Amazon Seller Central and other approved marketplaces
• Create, review, and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, attributes, and backend keywords
• Maintain accurate catalogue structure including variations, parent-child relationships, and sizing information
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and category guidelines
• Content & Brand Execution
• Ensure all product content aligns with Pluchis brand positioning and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal design and marketing teams for product images, A+ content, and enhanced listings
• Ensure accuracy of product specifications, care instructions, and material details
• Operations & Performance Monitoring
• Monitor listing health, suppressed ASINs, pricing discrepancies, and stock availability
• Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Track and report basic performance metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion trends
• Marketplace Support & Growth
• Support execution of promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns
• Assist in onboarding new products and categories on marketplaces
• Stay updated on platform policy changes and best practices

• Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 3-6 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations, with hands-on Amazon experience
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of SEO principles for e-commerce listings
• Experience in home, textile, baby, or lifestyle categories is an advantage
