Job Title: Ecommerce Executive Location: Mundur, Thrissur Male candidates preferred. About us: Hardoll Enterprises is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in solar lighting solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize day-to-day operations on Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart. Oversee product listings, pricing, and order fulfillment. Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and product teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. Analyze sales trends and identify growth opportunities. Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. Develop campaign strategies, manage budgets, and track performance metrics Collaborate on ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional content. Use tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and SEO platforms to improve visibility and conversions. Support broader digital initiatives such as SEO and email marketing. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Flipkart Seller Hub Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Good communication and problem-solving skills Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Experience: Digital marketing: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
