E-Commerce Administrator

As an E-commerce Admin at Gifts4All, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our emerging e-commerce platform specializing in Made in India toys, gifts, and crafts. Your responsibilities will involve Shopify store management, graphic design, creative content creation, digital marketing, and ads management. In terms of Shopify store management, you will be tasked with updating and managing products, collections, and pages. Ensuring a seamless user experience, navigation, and checkout process will be essential, along with implementing custom features and plugins at a basic level. Your creative skills will be put to use in creating product images, banners, social media creatives, and ad visuals. You will also be responsible for editing and optimizing images for web and marketing campaigns, as well as working on 3D/VR product visuals with the support of vendors/tools. Managing digital marketing efforts and ads will be a key aspect of your role, including running and managing Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. You will also handle SEO, social media postings, email campaigns, and track marketing performance to suggest improvements. To excel in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of Shopify for store setup, customization, apps, and SEO. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar is required. Experience in digital marketing and paid ads using platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads is crucial. Additionally, basic knowledge of SEO, social media content strategy, and email marketing will be beneficial. If you possess experience with 3D/VR product visualization tools, knowledge of AI-driven search/chatbots for e-commerce, or prior experience in the toys, gifts, or lifestyle product category, it would be considered a bonus.
