Position : E-Commerce Account Manager
Location : Delhi
The E-commerce Account Manager is responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing online marketplace accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, analyzing performance metrics, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end e-commerce accounts across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, etc.
Monitor sales performance, revenue trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricingPlan and execute promotions, deals, and seasonal campaignsCoordinate with marketing, supply chain, logistics, and customer support teamsHandle account-related issues, escalations, and platform complianceMaintain inventory visibility and ensure order fulfillment accuracyPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reportsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients or brand partners
Proven experience in e-commerce or marketplace account management (1-2 years)
Strong analytical and reporting skillsKnowledge of marketplace dashboards and seller toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
Advanced Excel or data analysis skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
