The successful candidate will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages to customers in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver packages to specified locations promptly and safely Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery Handle packages with care and ensure proper documentation Obtain delivery confirmations and customer signatures when required Maintain delivery records and logs Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner Requirements: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Proven experience as a courier or delivery driver preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle physical workload Reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a logistics or delivery role (Optional)

Maintain accurate records of order status and customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing. Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally. Achieve daily call and order confirmation targets. Requirements: Laptop or Desktop with a stable internet connection is a must. Must be fluent in Tamil (Speaking, Reading, and Understanding).
