Hiring: Field Executive - Sales Locations: Gurgaon | Ghaziabad Lucknow Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Preferably in Lithium-ion Battery & E-Rickshaw Industry) Job Description • Responsible for field sales of Lithium-ion batteries, especially for E-Rickshaw segment . Actively generate new leads & onboarding through cold calling, field visits, networking, and local marke• Pitch products, explain technical and commercial details to potential customers Execute promotional and branding activities in the assigned territory Daily reporting of sales pipeline, lead status, and market feedback Skills & Experience Required Must have experience in battery sales, preferably in the Lithium-ion and E-Rickshaw sector Strong field sales, negotiation, and closing skills Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities Customer-focused attitude with a drive for achieving targets Compensation (CTC) 20,000 to 21,000 in hand (Annual CTC: 2.8 to 3 LPA) .
