Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Real Estate Executive located in Pune. The Real Estate Executive will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating property viewings, and negotiating sales and rental agreements. Additional tasks include conducting market research, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring all transactions comply with relevant legal requirements. The role also involves collaborating with the finance and property management teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Qualifications Experience in Finance and Commercial Real Estate Skills in Property Management and Facility Management (FM) Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and practices Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
