Job Role: Head of Production / Senior Production Engineer / Junior Production Engineer / Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer / Workshop Manager / Production Supervisor Dynovo Global Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our Production team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in production processes and experience in manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes. Review drawings, create BOM, and identify drawing requirements. Mentor junior engineers. Ensure quality and efficiency in production. Plan and schedule production activities. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee documentation and manage purchase requisitions. Supervise fabrication and use of machining tools. Conduct inspections and prepare quality reports. Resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery. Manage and train workers, and travel to sites as needed. Requirements: Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering. Proficiency in production planning process and tools. Knowledge of machining tools (Drills, Lathe).
