Dynamics CRM Technical Lead

As a Dynamics CRM Technical Lead at Sony India Software Centre (SISC), you will be responsible for working on CRM applications in the Sales and Service domain for professional solutions. With a strong focus on MSD365 CRM CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, C#.Net, Plugins, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Web Services, Web APIs, Azure App Service, and Logic Apps, you will play a key role in the successful implementation and maintenance of Dynamics CRM platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting fit-gap analysis, estimating system requirements, creating solution designs, supporting team members on technical solutioning, implementing automation improvements, providing post-live and day-to-day application support, conducting solution testing, and assisting with user acceptance testing. You are expected to have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Dynamics CRM Technical, with a good functional understanding of D365 Sales and Customer Service processes. Ideally, you should have extensive development experience in Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate Development. Your technical skills should include proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML5, DOM, Typescript, and exposure to Azure technologies like Logic Apps and Function App. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively articulate technical ideas to both technical and business stakeholders. While not mandatory, it would be beneficial if you have experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, working with databases (preferably SQL Server), and familiarity with Azure data factory. Flexibility with working hours and the ability to thrive in a process-oriented environment are also desired qualities for this role.
