Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operator role at Dynamic Forge's facility in Mumbai. The Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring forging equipment, preparing materials for production, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Routine responsibilities include setting up machinery, inspecting finished products, maintaining production logs, and collaborating with team members to optimize process efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in operating forging machinery, including screw presses and power presses Skills in material preparation, including induction heating and automated cutting Knowledge of quality assurance processes, such as ultrasonic testing and dimensional checks Familiarity with surface finishing techniques, including shot blasting and electroplating Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to maintain accurate production records Experience in the manufacturing or forging industry is preferred Certification or training in mechanical or production engineering is a plus
