As an Aeromodeller, your role involves designing, building, and demonstrating various aircraft models such as gliders, powered models, drones, and more. Additionally, you will lead workshops, provide hands-on training, and engage with school and college students to promote STEM and aeronautics education. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and test a variety of aero models including gliders, rubber-powered models, RC aircraft, and drones. - Conduct engaging and interactive aeromodelling workshops and training sessions for students at school and college levels. - Explain aerodynamics concepts and flight principles in an easy-to-understand manner. - Provide practical demonstrations and assist students in building and flying their own models. - Customize workshops according to educational levels and project objectives. - Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and safety protocols. - Travel to educational institutions and event venues as required. - Document workshop progress, maintain attendance records, and collect student feedback. - Collaborate with other trainers, educators, and coordinators for planning and executing outreach programs. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience in aeromodelling and RC aircraft building/flying. - Basic knowledge of aerodynamics, propulsion systems, and aircraft structures. - Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops, preferably for students. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about working with youth. - Technical education background in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). - Willingness to travel and work on weekends if needed. Preferred: - Certification in drone operations or model aircraft flying (if applicable). - Familiarity with CAD design tools and flight simulation software. - Experience with Arduino or electronics related to RC aircraft (optional).,
