Description
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee mechanical, Electrical, Civil Projects, STP/ETP Operations, and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) at our R&D center in Shamirpet, Hyderabad. This role will start as an Individual Contributor , where you will independently manage all responsibilities. Over time, you will lead a team to support these activities. Key Responsibilities 1. Mechanical & Electrical Work Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment. Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime. 2. Utilities (STP/ETP Operations) Manage Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations to ensure proper treatment and disposal. Monitor treatment processes and ensure compliance with environmental regulations . Identify and implement cost-effective and energy-efficient solutions for utility management. 3. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all projects and operations comply with government regulations, environmental norms, and safety standards . Maintain detailed records of engineering projects, equipment maintenance and utility operations. Prepare reports for audits and regulatory inspections . 4. Project Management Plan, execute, and monitor mechanical, electrical, and civil projects for the R&D center. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards . Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to execute projects efficiently. 5. Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations to prevent hazards. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health regulations . Train employees on safety protocols, emergency response, and best practices . Implement initiatives to improve workplace safety, pollution control, and sustainability .
