Executive / Sr Executive - Project ( Maintenance & Documentation )

Job Description

1. Responsible for handling the breakdown and modification activity of the plant. 2. Knowledge of API plant equipments like reactors, centrifuge, RCVD, multimill, FBD, sifter, pumps, mechanical seals etc. 3. To attend daily routine maintenance works of plant equipment. Knowledge of handling the team of mechanical maintenance, for pipeline fabrication coordination with fabricator. 4. Responsible for execution of preventive maintenance of equipment as per scheduled activity. 5. To attend the equipment breakdown on priority basis to reduce the downtime of equipment. 6. To review the QMS documentation activities like change control, deviation, Risk assessment, Investigation, Qualification, preventive maintenance, temperature mapping of equipment and facility, calibration of instruments, Validation and CAPA. 7. To prepare and review necessary documents of engineering with respect to cGMP aspect as and when required. 8. To co-ordinate with external agency for execution of plant modification activities. 9. To ensure safety and good housekeeping at workplaces. 10. To check and ensure indenting spares of critical equipment/instrument and to take follow up with purchase and external agency regarding spare part. 11. To check and review the necessary documents/logbooks of engineering with respect to cGMP aspect. 12. To co-ordinate with external agency for execution of scheduled activities. 13. To assign the job work to fitter related to breakdown and plant modification. 14. Responsible for imparting the training to concerned personnel. 15. To ensure smooth s functioning of HVAC, Utility and water system to the plant as per their requirements.
